Vision Partners' surface inspection solutions are modular and consist of the following components
1. Image acquisition
- The desired measurement accuracy is determined by the chosen camera architecture (area-scan versus line-scan), LED illumination technology and sensor resolution.
- Depending on the number of cameras used, properties can be checked from different sides

2. Image processing
- Depending on the desired surface inspection, various image processing technologies can be applied including artificial intelligence (neural networks) that can be used to reliably check "natural" products (such as, for example, wood, carpet or roofing) for abnormalities.
