Visualization.
With 3 different industrial cameras, different aspects of the rolling process are visualized under different angles. The images are displayed on fixed monitors and on a tablet.
Radius measurement
An industrial camera and associated software continuously displays the measured radius. Accurate in-line radius measurement significantly reduces the time required for rolling.
