They also sometimes had disruptions in the production process at the packaging line for which they would also like to be able to use a high-speed camera. A mobile setup that can be set up quickly was therefore desired.
For this purpose, Vision Partners has put together a complete Highspeed camera set that provides the client not only with a high-speed camera, but also immediately with all the necessary accessories for quickly recording high-speed videos in their production environment.
This Highspeed camera set consists of a high-speed USB3.0 camera which can be directly connected to the client's own PC or laptop after installing the Highspeed recording software*. Because the set is Plug&Play, the user was immediately able to record videos independently and play them back in slow motion for quick review.
438 frames per second
Here, the recording speed of 438 frames per second proved to be more than sufficient to be able to look back at the bottles passing at more than 15 pieces per second in a delayed manner to properly observe their twisting and stability.
Through the presence of two flexible tripods, both the camera and the supplied LED light could be set up quickly, after which the set up could also be moved quickly due to the presence of a transport case in which the Highspeed camera set is supplied.
IP65 enclosure for wet environments
Because the camera is also sometimes set up in wet environments, Vision Partners included an additional IP65 housing around the camera so it can be used safely.
