With six Machine Vision subsystems, the various steps in the manufacturing process are secured and data is collected to keep the process under control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this medical application, 7 different machine vision programs were written for the 6 cameras which monitor and control multiple facets of the production process including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presence, diameter and position of the diaphragm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence, geometry and position of the film<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence and position of the chip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exact location for control robot gripper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reading and checking the GS1 matrix code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reading and checking text with OCR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control of assembly process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>In addition, all images and measurements are logged as usual for medical applications.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van Wees Waalwijk made a nice video showing this state-of-the-art assembly line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"640\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1138 \/ 640;\" width=\"1138\" controls src=\"https:\/\/visionpartners.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/1706793188314.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Als Machine Vision integrator heeft Vision Partners met veel plezier nauw samengewerkt met\u00a0Helvoet Rubber &amp; Plastic Technologies\u00a0en\u00a0Van Wees Waalwijk\u00a0om een state-of-art assemblagelijn voor medische componenten te ontwikkelen en in te zetten.
