      In the automotive industry, many plastics are used for components such as dashboards.       An infrared camera placed at a fixed position along the production line can repeatably and accurately illustrate the thermal patterns and gradients needed to identify faults in IR welding. A thermal image may also show an incomplete shape, a non-uniform temperature profile or varying gradients. Temperature data collected by a thermal camera can help quality control engineers find and correct production line errors, preventing the export of defective products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
